Field Service Support

LINEV Systems EU offers field service support to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair screening systems remotely and/or on-site. LINEV Systems EU places priority on fast and accurate repairs to minimize downtime of units in the field. LINEV Systems EU is committed to providing industry-leading response time and more importantly the shortest window of diagnosis to repair time. LINEV field service personnel are factory-trained professionals with extensive knowledge and experience on X-ray producing equipment.

Training and Train the Trainer

LINEV believes that a tool is only as good as the person using it. We invest in training your staff on proper use, best practices, and compliance with policy and procedures.

Our standard course consists of class room and hands-on training:

• Safety – 38 page powerpoint presentation that addresses radiation safety
• Identifying external components of the system
• Start up & shut down
• Scanning sequence
• Enhancing and interpreting X-ray images
• Storing, Retreiving, Printing images

Warranty Support

LINEV Systems EU products have been manufactured to the highest quality standards and are warranted to the original purchaser only.

The products are covered by the standard warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of acceptance by our customers. The products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and parts during the warranty period. The defects that occur within the warranty period under normal use and care will be repaired or the defective parts or products will be replaced at LINEV’s sole discretion.
